To qualify for a return:
Product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
You must have a valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation)
Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return

We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Change of mind after use

Reason for return
Photos (if applicable)
 
2. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

3. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
If approved, we’ll issue your refund via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5–7 working days
